On January 22nd, 2023, the Chinese New Year kicked off. The Chinese Zodiac sign for 2023 is the Water Rabbit. The Year of the Rabbit is said to be a time of peace, harmony, and comfort. The MGM National Harbor casino in Oxon Hill, MD put on a large celebration display for this event. Universal Foam Products helped with providing a 48” tall rabbit as one of the decorations. The rabbit was then painted on site. The customer put three coats of white cocoa butter, two coats of red cocoa butter and for the gold, they used gold dust powder and edible lacquer. The large gold coins in the display were pure chocolate and then painted. This was very “SWEET” in many ways.
