STYROFOAM
™ Brand Foam blocks are used by students at the International Sugar Art Collection, a professional pastry techniques school in Norcross, (Atlanta) Georgia to stick individual wires of gumpaste leaves and petals in to allow them to dry before assembly into the completed gumpaste flower. Some wires are very thin, and do not go into the foam easily, but this is accomplished by placing plastic coffee stirrers into the foam block which then the small, thin wires can be dropped into the top opening of the plastic stirrer. Every part of the flower except for the stem Is edible. A very creative use for the
STYROFOAM
™ Brand Foam blocks.
