Some people take Halloween more seriously than others. Our customer in Mendota, Illinois is a good example of that. Using 15 sheets of EPS 4” x 48” x 96” and some plywood he transformed his home into a very haunted house. “Everything turned out great. It was quite the project but it made it up in time for Halloween and the snow! Here are a few pics of the process and the final results. I’ll probably come up with something for next year! I used some hot wire tools and used Great Stuff foaming adhesive to adhere the foam to the plywood frame.”
EPS foam is used by professional and amateur sculptors because of its cost, light weight and ease of carving. All it takes is a couple blocks of foam and the right attitude. Of course having talent doesn’t hurt.
