Universal Foam Product's customer, Howard Connelly Design, is a designer and fabricator in Silver Spring, MD. They have produced many private and commercial projects using EPS Foam Blocks.
The carving of these large EPS Foam Blocks, 36" x 48" x 96", are done with homemade and commercial saws/freeform handles, hot knives, razor blades, and vacuum sanders. Depending on the project, the coatings can be as simple as acrylic paint, water-based Foam-Coat, or laminated fiberglass for theme parks and museums.
