The EPS foam Medallion is an oversize replica of a Medal presented to longtime supporters and donors of NC State University. The event is produced annually by Creative Visions. They commissioned the medallion from Ink Waves who purchased 1 lb Virgin EPS from Universal Foam Products. The expanded polystyrene disc was delivered precut in sections. Final fabrication was completed by Ink Waves.
