Balls and spheres up to 30 inch diameter are molded and produced in volume so they are economical. The larger spheres are done by hand, so the price reflects the amount of material and time involved. Typically, the larger spheres are used for department store displays or large signs. The smaller balls and spheres are used for everything from craft projects to solar systems and holiday displays. This particular 6 foot diameter sphere , when it is completed, will be a giant tennis ball for a display.
