Rock Solid was the theme of the conference. So they needed some boulders! We have used Universal Foam for the past 4 years for all of our creative sculpting needs. We bought 3 pieces (4 x 6 x 1) and used a hot knife and sculpting tool from Hot Wire Foam Company. To give it dimension we hot glued chunks together. If you are transporting Foam in the bed of a truck in torrential wind and rain on the highway – don’t use hot glue. We lost parts of a boulder that day and had to do some quick touch up work (guess it wasn’t Rock Solid)! -Charity Hartley Palomar Christian Conference Center
At the conference, some asked us to do a seminar next year on all things Foam! That will be fun!
