EPS blocks used for floatation in commercial pond aeration. Reliant Water Technologies encapsulates a block of 2 lb density EPS foam into the top inside of their aerator unit. The photos show the Model WQA Water Moving Aerator while out of water and in the water. These units are a major breakthrough in the pond and lagoon aeration industry and are now shipped worldwide. Because of the EPS foam, the unit is extremely stable and we have had as many as 3 men on top of it in the water and it is quite stable.
