EPS carton liners can have several different applications - protection, temperature control and organization. In this particular application, our customer in Puyallup, WA used custom carton liners both protect and securely hold the item being shipped in place.
Carton liners are typically 6 pieces of EPS of any required thickness, custom cut to fit a particular size box. Primarily used to ship frozen or refrigerated meals and food products, they are typically less expensive than molded coolers of the same size and take up a fraction of the storage space required for coolers. Carton liners are shipped from locations throughout the United States and Canada.
