STYROFOAM™ Brand foam and expanded polystyrene (EPS) are both used to make custom grow trays for hydroponic and aquaponic gardening applications. Besides providing stock molded trays for specific produce production, Universal Foam Products produces custom trays using a CNC router to meet individual growers requirements. The custom trays shown were produced for a farm in Aruba growing lettuce. These trays are used for starting the plants which are then transplanted into a second tray to give them more room to mature.
