Halloween Carved Skull Expanded Polystyrene

This customer in Kennesaw, GA created a 5 foot foam skull crafted from 1 block of Expanded Polystyrene for Halloween/Dia de Los Muertos. They carved the foam using hand saws and a sander. They then used a standard acrylic paint applied with a sprayer, providing a smooth finish. This will surely scare some Trick-or-Treaters.
