Four foot tall letters made from .9 lb density expanded polystyrene (EPS) were used as stage props for the 11th Edition of the Innovation Network, which is a program of the Leland and Mary Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
