Our customer in Monrovia Maryland specializes in producing high tech EPS modeling prototypes for the aviation and automotive industries. Using 2 lb and 3 lb density EPS they are able to produce very high quality finished products by CNC routing the EPS in layers and gluing, sanding and coating to create the finished product. Sometimes the parts are used to resemble the finished product and other times they are part of the finished product as is the case of the air foil.
