A production designer from Los Angeles, CA, choose polystyrene to carve the “Burger Boy” statue prop for a movie. The 5’6″ statue was carved from a single 6’x4’x3′ block of polystyrene, then covered in a light weight spackle and painted it. The film, “Lost on Purpose,” was shot in the summer of 2011 in Visalia, CA and stars Jane Kaczmarek, James Lafferty, Aaron Hill and C. Thomas Howell.
