Sculpting Blocks – Large EPS Blocks

I am currently quoting a job for one of the Presidential Libraries, which will be constructing a replica of the Berlin Wall.  We carry blocks of  EPS – Styrofoam as big as 48″ x 66″ x 288″ and if you need larger you can always glue them together.  There are different densities of foam for each type of sculpting depending on the detail of the project.  Contact me directly at 410-825-8300 to find out what density would work the best for your project.

Please do not leave your phone number or email address in the replies section.  This information will be viewable by everyone.

I want to make a remotely big totem pole. So the best size would be 48x10x10. Not sure what would be best. I would like to know a price, i live in florida.

I looking into purchasing Carvingfoam to make display and centerpiece decorations for my banquet and club functions here at the club. The foam would need to be large enough to carve a 3-4 foot tall piece. How versitile is the foams you carry? Can they be painted readily using oiled-based paint? Being that i’m sure I need to have highly detailed pieces the foam has to be fairly high density. How much are the different grade of the foam you use. Do you have documentation you could send me. Thank you for your time
    Dave

I need to make two 18″ x 18″ square wreaths for a wedding. The bride has requested styrofoam. I’d like it to be at least 3″ deep to hide stems. Can’t find square-wreath styrofoam nor a large enough piece to cut out the wreaths. Ideas anyone?
