Since 12” STYROFOAM™ Brand form is not available in
a
single sheet, when this thickness is required, it is
necessary to combine 3 layers of 4” STYROFOAM™ insulation.
A cost effective alternative to this would be to use a
single layer of EPS insulation. Expanded polystyrene is
available in a variety of R-Values and densities and can
be purchased in any thickness.
