We build sand blast cabinets in Salisbury, NC. Recently we were searching for a packaging solution for the window glass that goes in our cabinets. Often our customers order from 1 to 5 pieces of replacement glass and this is shipped UPS. In the past we were hand cutting foam using templates from a 4 X 8 foot piece of foam from a local building supply to place inside our cartons. This was time consuming, not to mention messy.
After doing a search online for custom cut packaging foam, we came across Universal Foam Products and entered the dimensions in the provided quote form. UPS Boxes alone weren’t secure enough for my Customer’s product, so we fabricated a piece to fit around the product using 1 lb density EPS. The pieces were glued together to create a perfect fit end cap.

EPS corner pads are a handy way of protecting items during shipment. Simply apply them to the corners of art work, appliances, furniture or other items that don’t necessarily need full coverage protection.
Perhaps you need more coverage than a corner pad has to offer. We can do L shaped edge protector pieces to be used alone or in combination with the corner pads.
